Founder & President
Jeff Dervech is the founder and owner of Dervech Real Estate, Inc., an entrepreneurially focused, locally based, commercial real estate firm, specializing in the arena of retail strip center and shopping center investment sales in the Tampa MSA and throughout the State of Florida.
He has been engaged in the commercial real estate industry since beginning his career in 2009, working closely with private owners, investors and developers of shopping centers to deliver effective strategies in obtaining and sustaining maximum value of their retail properties.
Prior to founding Dervech Real Estate in 2014, Jeff begin his career working for a very prominent retail developer, Boos Development Group, to develop numerous retail projects throughout the Eastern United States. From this experience, Jeff acquired the knowledge and foundation to completely understand the dynamics and life cycle of the retail investment from acquisition to disposition.
Jeff is passionate about and loves commercial real estate, which affords his clients the trust to know they are working with a very euthanistic and motivated professional. He is actively involved in trade associations such as the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), having held past leadership positions, Urban Land Institute (ULI) and Tampa Bay Real Estate Investment Council (REIC). He is also very involved with several charitable organizations and is very philanthropic throughout the Tampa community.
Jeff is proud to have earned a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate with a Minor in Entrepreneurship from Florida State University, where he was actively involved in the Real Estate Society. Florida State University’s Real Estate program is one of the largest and most successful programs in the nation, ranked 11th in the country by US News and World Report Rankings.

JDRF is an American nonprofit 501 organization that funds type 1 diabetes research and advocates for regulation favorable to medical research and that makes it easier to market new medical devices.
The Community Food Pantry strives to end the physical and emotional hunger of families in a dignified manner. Their comprehensive approach to serving clients that not only alleviates hunger with nutritional foods but also provides support services such as health screenings, and nutritional education for the whole person and homeless outreach.
